Where will we meet?
All therapy sessions will be held virtually, as I am not accepting in-person clients at this time. You will need to have access to stable internet and a device with a camera. You must be on camera must be on during therapy sessions.
I use Sondermind to register clients, store confidential therapeutic notes, submit insurance claims, and process billing. We can also meet via video on Sondermind or Zoom.
How often are sessions held?
We’ll start by meeting on a weekly basis and continue to assess throughout our work together. Together we will create a balance between effective timing for progress and accessibility in your schedule.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, I accept most major insurances. If you do not see your insurance here or wish to not use insurance, I offer private pay as well. Private pay is not available to Medicaid clients.
How does billing work?
I use Sondermind to store confidential therapeutic notes, submit claims to insurance and process billing. Depending on your insurance plan, you may have a copay. Please reach out to your insurance provider to see what may be your financial responsibility.
What is your cancellation policy?
Life happens! Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance free of charge.
